How quickly do I need to inform Designer Sunglasses UK that I wish to return goods??

If you wish to return goods to Designer Sunglasses UK we must be notified by e-mail at sales@designersunglassesuk.com within 7 days of receipt if the product is not suitable or damaged.

What process do I need to follow to return goods?

Simply return the merchandise in a re-saleable condition in its original packaging (box or case, cloth bag, warranty card etc) and we will refund you the cost of postage. Please also include either the original invoice/delivery note supplied and details of your, order/invoice number and your requirements for exchange or refund.

Will I need to pay to return a package?

No, the postage will be paid by Designer Sunglasses. Simply contact us for a return address and post back to us using either first class or second class post. Designer Sunglasses UK will reimburse you for any return postage costs once the package has been received.

When will I receive my refund?
